Custom Refrigerator Door Gaskets, Made to Size

No part number, an obsolete unit or an odd-sized door? Give us the height, width and profile and we'll build a gasket to fit, up to 95 inches on a side.

When a part number search comes up empty, a made-to-size gasket is usually the quickest fix. You give us three things: the height, the width and the profile. We cut, fit and weld the gasket to those measurements and ship it to you, free within the U.S.

When a custom gasket makes sense

  • The unit is old, or the manufacturer no longer lists the part.
  • The data plate is missing or unreadable.
  • The door has been replaced or modified and no longer matches the original.
  • A walk-in, prep table or specialty cabinet has a non-standard opening.

What we can make

  • Heights and widths up to 95 inches, in 1/16-inch steps.
  • Three-sided or four-sided gaskets.
  • 47 of the most common commercial profiles.
  • NSF-certified gaskets, made to order in the USA.

How to order

  1. Measure. Measure the old gasket corner to corner, outside edge to outside edge, to the nearest 1/8 inch. If it is missing, measure the door track dart to dart.
  2. Choose the profile. Match the cross-section and mounting style (snap-on, push-in or bolt-on) against our profile guide.
  3. Pick three or four sides. Most doors take a four-sided gasket. Some walk-in doors use three, with a separate sweep along the bottom.
  4. Order. Enter your sizes in the configurator. We make the gasket to order and ship it free within the U.S.

Measure twice

Custom gaskets are made to order for your door, so they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Check both measurements before you order, and call (877) 434-1985 if anything is unclear.

Try a part number first

If the equipment still has its data plate, a standard gasket may already exist for it, and unused standard gaskets can be returned within 30 days. Search by part number, model or size, or browse by manufacturer.
