Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through BuyRefrigerationGaskets.com, which is operated by RAC Industries, LLC.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. All returns must be authorized in advance.

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Under certain conditions, a prepaid return label may be provided. Eligibility for prepaid return shipping is determined during the return authorization process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be requested within the 30-day return window
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Include proof of purchase
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional handling fees.
Certain products, including custom or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect. Eligibility will be confirmed during the return review process.
If Your Gasket Does Not Fit
If your gasket does not fit as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to help customers identify the correct replacement and resolve fitment issues.
If the issue is determined to be due to an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Failure to report issues within a reasonable time after delivery may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request an authorized return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- A standard restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. In all other cases, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
